Abstract Submission

The deadline to submit abstracts for consideration of a short talk presentation is now over.

However, abstracts will still be considered for poster presentations up until August 15, 2014. At this time, the submissions window will be closed to allow publication time to prepare conference books for all attendees.

Please note:

• You must register to submit an abstract. An abstract received without registration will not be considered

Abstract Instructions

• Font: Arial 11 pt
  
  
• Authors and their affiliation: underline the name of the presenter
  
  
• Abstract Body: maximum 350 words without references
  If you choose to add references, please ensure that your abstract fits within a page (1 inch margins on all sides)
  
  
• File Format: .doc or .docx files will be accepted.
