Registration Desk

Meeting name badges and final programs will be distributed at the registration desk, located in the lounge area of the Marriott Chateau Champlain Ballroom.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds (less a $50 administration fee) will be granted to participants unable to attend, provided written notice of cancellation is received by the Event Planner: Nancy Dufour Zitzmann at by August 15, 2014. All refunds will only be issued after the Conference. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after August 15, 2014.
