Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds (less a $50 administration fee) will be granted to participants unable to attend, provided written notice of cancellation is received by the Conference Secretariat at cancercachexia2016@curlydog.ca by August 15, 2016. All refunds will only be issued after the Conference. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after August 15, 2016.
